The Arcata Gathering is an educational experience bringing young percussionists together in the natural landscape of Arcata to create music, discuss topics of musical and social relevance, and encounter the natural world as a source of pleasure and a site of communal responsibility.

You can sponsor a young musician’s educational experience to Arcata, and help to bring world class musicians and educators to this residency. Sponsor summer music camp participants to watch Arcata Gathering rehearsals, or sponsor Cal-Poly Humboldt Percussion Studio Student to observe.
